So I can just have my parent sign it at home, then come to Midtown without a parent, and it would be valid?

  3. midtown says:

If your parent or legal guardian is not coming to the park with you then IT MUST be notarized. If they fill out the waiver in the presence of a Midtown employee it does not have to be notarized.
